Planning a stay at Home Place Farm? Where is Home Place Farm?

Home Place Farm is in Challacombe, within Exmoor National Park in North Devon. It is a convenient base for exploring Exmoor and the North Devon coast.

How many holiday cottages are there at Home Place Farm?

There are four cottages: Byre sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, Willow sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, Fern sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms, and Woodruff sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom.

Which cottages have private hot tubs?

Byre and Woodruff each have their own private Jacuzzi hot tub.

Do the cottages have WiFi?

Yes. The cottage pages list fibre broadband with WiFi.

Is EV charging available?

Yes. Guests can use the EV charging facilities in the car park. Charging fees apply.

What is included in the welcome basket?

The cottage welcome baskets include breakfast essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, jam, cereal, tea and coffee.

Can guests use the Farmhouse Spa?

Yes. Guests can book private use of the Farmhouse Spa, which includes a steam room and 5m hydrotherapy cold plunge pool. Spa treatments can also be booked separately during your stay.

Is Byre dog friendly?

No. Byre is specifically described as a no dog cottage.

How close is Home Place Farm to the village?

Home Place Farm is around a five minute walk from the village shop and the local inn in Challacombe.
