Our skilled and experienced therapists will work intuitively to help support your body back into a state of balance and deep relaxation. Combining a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques, we use warm organic oils to ensure you leave feeling in a state of pure bliss.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Therapeutic and deeply relaxing massage with your choice of pure organic essential oils blended with a high quality carrier oil. Great for stress-release and switching off from the world.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
Perfect for colder months – warm basalt stones are glided over the body to release tension from muscles and myofascial tissue. This is a very grounding soothing treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY
Based on Chinese Medicine, this treatment is carried out on the feet and aims to bring balance to the body’s energy systems. It is relaxing and restorative.
